Welcome to Corey's Cackleberries!

Farm fresh pasture raised eggs

What is a cackleberry, you may have wondered?

Every morning, as soon as a hen lays her egg, she then proceeds to cackle loudly, announcing to all who will hear that she just laid an egg! Since the fruit of a chicken (egg) resembles a large berry, the word Cackleberry was coined to be a humorous term for an egg. We take pleasure in producing the freshest, finest, and tastiest cackleberries to feed you and your family.

Why choose our Cackleberries?

Regenerative & Sustainable

By aligning our farming practices with nature, we are using our livestock to restore soil and ecosystem health.

Truly Pennsylvania Local

Yes! All your eggs come from the chickens out in our small farm's pastures.

Happy Hens

The hens have free choice access to a non-gmo balanced feed ration, and pasture where they can peck and scratch for grass and bugs to their hearts' content.
